Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.

Customers may request a return if they are not satisfied with their purchase or if the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return is processed.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item should be returned in its original packaging when possible

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We do not provide a prepaid return label. After your return request is approved, you must ship the item back to our warehouse in China at your own expense using a trackable shipping service.

Return shipping fees are not refunded.

Important:

  • Please contact us first at service@aelinhome.com to obtain return approval before shipping.
  • Returns sent without prior approval or to any other address may not be accepted or refunded.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (within 3–5 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds will be issued within 2–3 business days after approval. Total refund processing time is usually 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).

Non-Returnable Situations

We may not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Items not in original condition
  • Items returned without prior return request approval
  • Items missing parts or accessories not due to our error
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
